Anyone rent their house and used a management service?
So my DH and I have decided to move closer to the city after living in the suburbs for two years. We have a great house and are deciding whether to rent it out or sell it.
If we rent it out, we will definitely use a management service. We have been landlords before and rather not be again.
We could sell it too but that can be such a long process and we think we can make more money off the house if we wait to sell it but idk. We are still exploring all options.
Anyway, does anyone have experience with using a management service to rent your house out? I'd love any thoughts and feedback.

we don't currently use a management service for my old condo but I have heard good things about McEnearney. Are you in VA?
