I ended up returning that other white purse I bought...it was super fug IRL. It looked like a laptop bag:(
Anyway, I bought this one the other day and just got it....
Here's it is on Endless

Here it is "IRL" (forgive...I took the pic in my bathroom)

My only concern is that is super soft, buttery leather...I'm kinda hard on my bags (don't switch often) and I'd like this one to last several spring/summer seasons. I don't know if I should be concerned about its durability. It's definitely my fave of everything I've seen out there so far...well, aside from the $1500 bags which I'm not about to buy;)
Re: Cute enough to keep?
How thick is the leather? And who made it?
B Makowsky bags are really soft, buttery leather, but they hold up really well too. I had one for 7 years before replacing it with another (as close to the same style as I could get). They get their strength because their leather is thicker than other similarly made bags, so they last, and I don't have an issue spending a bit more if it'll last.
Basically, I think it is cute- it is a little too totey for me, but I think you'll be okay. Just be sure to do the scotch guard leather protectant thing before you carry it, and condition it just like any other nice bag, and it should last, unless it is crappily made.
Stand up for something you believe in.
The leather doesn't seem that thick. The brand is Elliott Lucca. The price makes me think it should be half decent....but it's nowhere near as thick as my JCrew leather bag. That thing is indestructible.

Super cute! I really like the rope details.
Maybe a similar style but different (maybe more durable) material?

Hahah I had this one saved in my cart the other day! I decided against it...but now I can't remember why! I just wish this damn purse saga would end! Lol.

Thanks all!
Khart...don't apologize! I appreciate your honesty! I think I'm going to return it anyway b/c I don't think it's going to hold up!

Yeah, it's just ok to me. I like big bags, so that isn't the issue for me. It just doesn't look like a $200 purse, I guess. Sorry.
Francesca's has some cute bags now. http://www.francescascollections.com Just thought that may be a place you haven't thought to look. They're bags are cheaper, so maybe you can even get a couple in fun colors, if you aren't tied to white. I just bought a white purse from etsy. Maybe you could look there for something vintage.
I kind of agree with you. If it wasn't $200, I'd probably just keep it and call it a day!
Thanks for the link! I've looked there before...but I don't always remember to check them out!
