As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Do it whatever day you want
The weeks where there were 3, it was first person Monday, second person Wednesday, and third person Friday, but since there are 4 people this week I'd say just do it whenever it works best for you.
