Hi ladies!
I know I haven't been around alot, but I have a bunch of things going on. OMG work is taking up most of my free time, and I hate hate hate it.
As you know I got pormoted in January, and still don't know exactly what I'm supposed to be doing, which means I've been researching so much stuff, that when everyone leaves at 5:00, I just starting my "research". I have no idea if I'm coming or going anymore.
I have a co-worker who is extremely jealous with my promotion, and is taking my work away from me -- part of it is the companies problem because they never laid it down what I'm actually supposed to be doing, but then she complains she is "TOO BUSY!" She has said to my employees that she doesn't know why they gave me the job, and I have no idea what I'm doing. WTF. I'm not really upset about it, it just pisses me off now that she's talking about me and my work to my employees.
One employee announced she was pregnant. yay good for her... then we found out that it was another employees child. Umm...weird. So now I get to deal with that! Wahoooooooooo..........
I'm thinking of going back to school, but honestly I don't know what I should go back for, I guess health care administration, however there is no good schools around me that has a program. ugh.
I ate 3 cupcakes today, they tasted like crap. but I ate them. And now I'm going to vomit.

Shelley, unforunately there is not another manager, it's me! hehe. This girl is the unoffical clinical manager that is equal to me. But unoffically.... I'm in charge of the billing, front desk, schedules etc etc, but when it comes to nursing etc, I have no clue. (well I pretend I do) so she steps in and over sees it. I still do their schedules, ordering, writing up, hiring etc. It's just weird. The next step up are the doctors, and they are in such a bad spot financially ( we were negative thousands of dollars last week in the bank) this would be the worst of their problems.
And Dani, I agree, I had to tell the partners in the meeting today. Their faces were.... priceless.
