As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

my arm is actually hurting know too ugh... I was trying to lift Brayden and a zillion grocery bags hurt my back and now my right arm hurts too:( So I def think I need to go to a chiroprator.. any suggestions?

DH goes to Bayside Chiropractic. http://www.baysidechiroprovidence.com/ (sorry its not clicky) They tend to be more holistic than just popping and cracking but they have worked wonders on his back.
