T&P for tornado victims
Good morning ladies. Please send your T&Ps to my family and friends in Ringgold. The tornado missed my parents, but tore straight through town. It demolished a lot of the middle and high school, and then went up the mountain next to my uncles house. Both houses were spared, but they had to rescue their neighbors who lost the roof and top floor of their house. A hotel by the interstate has collapsed and they are reporting several fatalities. The power is out and cell service is down, so communication is sketchy, but everyone I know is ok. It was a scary night, but I am so thankful for their safety.

Adventures of A Girl and Her Apron
Wow. That's so terrible!
I'm glad your family is ok. Pretty random, but GMA was reporting live from Ringold this morning at what used to be a Shell station. They did not go furhter in to town because of the damage and the cops asked them to keep out while they looked for survivors.
Call me Kat =^..^=
between the pictures from ringgold and the CRAZZZZY giant tornado from tuscaloosa....i'm amazed the casualties weren't worse.
My Shopping Blog
Thanks ladies. Mom has been at my uncle's house all day, and she said it was a miracle that it wasn't worse. The devastation is just terrible, and it's going to be a long recovery process! As of now, they were still looking for missing people.
And that Shell station?? My cousin found the sign in their field. It's a 1.5 miles from the station.
