I'm freaking out!!!
And shaking!
We've been getting quotes for a garage. We settled on a concrete dude (who's our neighbor). Last night at 6pm, they were here saying they had a cancellation for today. I thought this would happen next month. We spent all last night emptying the shed that needs to be moved and digging up flowers. And they're here this morning. DH has already been for a building permit. We dont' have the plans for the garage or a builder, but the foundation is going in. They are moving the shed now. And excavating. And I am hyper ventilating because I am a planner. And this was not my plan today. I hope I don't end up with a migraine. Please tell me this is all going to be okay. OMG!!!!!

WOW! That's exciting!
We wound up with a similar thing with our garage. Cancellations and everything wound up changing the timeline a bit. And we didn't think we'd even be able to afford a garage last year, we thought we'd be doing it this year instead. So I certainly understand freaking out over the change of plans, but it's exciting that it's happening! It will all work out in the end.
