Tornadoes east and south of us here in MD. I can't believe this weather! I think there is at least one of us in AL (Erica i think) and I know they are getting hit hard. T&P's for everyone affected by this weather!! This pic was taken just south of DC a few hours ago!_606.jpg "undefined")

It's all just west of me, too. There has been nothing but weather on TV tonight and they have about 4 different confirmed tornados west and south of me.
Hopefully we'll both be safe tonight and nobody gets hit too hard.
Hope everyone's safe!! NY/NJ is going to get some storms tomorrow. DH has to fly home from Indiana tomorrow night, I hope he gets home on time
I feel so bad for everyone that was hit by these tornados!! Such destruction, and SO scary!
Yes Cass lives in AL too, I believe Huntsville?? My uncle in Birmingham just emailed that they're ok, no real damage or power outages where he is (SE of B'ham) so hopefully there are plenty of safe areas.
I'm expecting the storm to hit anytime now, I'm at work so I'll be here during whatever we get. Too bad I couldn't keep my new car at home in the garage, hopefully we won't get hail!

@Liz -- how close are you to Chesterfield/Midlothian? My parents live there and my mom isn't answering her work phone (not that out of the ordinary, but makes me stress a little!) Do you know if they got hit bad?

We are going to be getting some storms here in NY later this afternoon but nothing comapred to down south. Just gross and gray all day leading up to it I'm sure!

Sorry I ran off to do work. Midlothian is about 20 minutes south of me. As far as I know everything stayed west of them, so I would be surprised if they weren't okay.
