Dear Work IT Manager,
I would appreciate it if you would not assume I will be happy to work an 11 hour day. I am not on your payroll and you didn't ask my boss if me doing OT would be ok. Just because the company refuses to work proactively, that doesn't mean that I have to change my schedule to accommodate your schedule.
