When to follow up after interview?
I had a 2nd interview last Thursday. Interviewer said that she would probably be making decisions on Wednesday (yesterday). I have not heard anything. The girl in the position had her last day on Friday.
Do I send another email (I sent a thank you email last week which was never responded to)?
If I do, what do I say. "I just wanted to follow up after our interview last week etc."?
I am rusty at all this and just don't want to goof it up.

Re: When to follow up after interview?
I'd give it until the end of the week. It's only Thursday morning and she may be tying up loose ends.
If you haven't heard anything by midday Friday, I'd shoot an e-mail and say you really enjoyed interviewing with them, think you'd be a perfect fit, etc., and wanted to check on the status of the position.
