I need some healthy appetizer recipes...
We're having friends over this weekend to watch UFC. I have an idea of some apps to make but I'm always looking for more. This is what I was thinking...
Sausage balls (lower fat sausage/ff cheese)
This artichoke dip
Salsa/ Guacamole
Okay, I realize that these aren't really healthy but if you have any that are, that's even better. If you have some that aren't, that's ok too.

A veggie tray. A fruit tray.
Gina's easy garlic cheddar biscuits are a healthier alternative to the sausage balls. They are super easy and delicious.
Instead of fried tortilla chips, get some pretzel thins. They go really well with dips and I feel like they're just a tad more filling than chips.

This is a really good, hearty salsa:

I make these tortilla roll ups. I don't know that they are very healthy but they are yummy.
2 pkgs cream cheese
1 pkg ranch dressing packaged mix
1 small can sliced olives
1 small can diced pimentos
1 small can green chilis
15 tortillas (approximately)
Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing mix together with blender. Then stir in remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture on a tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and slice them about 3-4 times making smaller bites. Super easy!
