As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Going crazy waiting
I had my interviews for a job on Thurs. 4/14 and Fri. 4/15. They seemed to go really well and the managers seemed positive and said I should hear something the following week. So that following Tues. I got an email from the hospital's recruiter saying they were activating my background/reference check. They needed me to call and verify my birthday and other stuff in order to do this.
So I called them and then later that week my friend at work and my manager (eek!) got a call from them for a reference. In the email it said it would take approximately five business days for the background check. So if they started it Wednesday, that would make it Tuesday of this week that they would be done.
So I was hoping to get a call soon that I got the job, but nothing yet. The anticipation is killing me! I am really hoping I hear something by tomorrow.
And I reaaaally hope they offer me the job now that they called my MANAGER for a reference...
How awkward will that be if they then don't hire me?!

I'm in the same boat. I interviewed on 4/13 at a school in my district. I emailed the principal to thank her for interviewing me and she replied that she enjoyed meeting me and that her recommendation has been sent to the HR dept of the county. Then we had spring break and all offices were closed. The position is still posted but I haven't heard anything...
