Do we all stand outside the restaurant looking for equally lost people? Give someone's name to the host? All wear red hats? I'm a GTG newbie, give me some guidance, lol.

I haven't made a reservation yet. I was going to email you all this afternoon to get the official headcount. And I'll put it under my name.
LBurkey and I will probably be there about 10 minutes early. We can certainly meet in the parking lot if you'd like and go in together!
