The Royal Wedding!
Ok. I did not get up at 4 am like I wanted to. The alarm went off, I was just too comfy having good dreams to want to get up. So I caught the vows just in time and OMG Will looked so happy, the way he kept smiling when he was going to say his vows, SO SWEET!
Kate....HOLY WOW!!!!!!!! I love her gown! Seriously, I was so mad when I went wedding dress shopping in Westchester and didn't see ANYTHING with sleeves or straps even though I asked for that and was told I was too young for that. I refused to wear strapless. I am so happy her gown will now inspire more designers to make dresses with sleeves and more brides to wear something like that. I think it's gorgeous.

I didn't get up or watch any of it, but I have seen pictures, and Kate looks stunning and Will, looked so happy. They're beautiful together. I'm catching up on the gossip now aka listening to all the men in the hallway chatting like women. (Mind you these are high raking military men, which adds to the hilarity)
"Did you see what she was wearing?"
"Oohhh yes, she looked stunning."
"...and the Beckhams."
Thank God for these guys otherwise I'd miss a lot of Royal Wedding gossip.

I was just going to write a post about how i said i wasn't going to watch it! But then I woke up regular time for work (7am) and put the news on like usual if Jay isnt home and there they were just coming out of the back room of the church and i was captivated in my pjs watching them walk down the aisle!
Kate was just stunning, the dress was beautiful and perfect! They looked so happy!!! God I am such a sucker for a wedding!
Her dress wasn't a big surprise to me. She has to keep it classy since she's now a Royal. She did look beautiful. I liked her MOH's dress better though!
WTF is up with there new titles?! I thought they were supposed to be Prince and Princess!

maybe because he isn't the actual "family" heir to the throne, the queen is. I'm just taking a guess though, honestly i had no idea she was married, i thought he had passed away b/c i NEVER hear about him
SO DID I!!!!!!!!!!!!! When Will got engaged and I started seeing photos of him, I was like omg she still has a husband?!

Prince Philip aka the Queen's hubby is not a King because SHE would have to decree he was one. I think she's quite comfortable being the Queen and not sharing with him.
I was up because I was sick most of the morning. But I would've gotten up anyway. I thought it was so cute that they were both full of nerves. When Will walked into the Church Harry gave him a wink and asked if he was ready. I also noticed as Kate was walking down that HUGE aisle with her Dad she was shaking. I thought of his Mom today. I was thinking as they were driving away in the carriage and the sun would peek out it was his Mother looking down on them. She would've been so happy for her son today. It was so nice to see her sons, grown into wonderful young men. He loves her so, you saw it in their faces as they looked at each other.
Okay, that was way too long, but I did like watching it.

No she doesn't want to give it to him. According to a friend of mine who feels she's an expert on the Queen and all. She says it's because of his past behavior. He was a bit of a flirt. It's like her way of having control. All the warm fuzzy stuff they were saying this morning about him is only recent. He's not all that nice, or wasn't back in the day.
Technically, she probably should've made Prince Charles king YEARS ago, but she won't give it up.
