Royal Wedding
Anyone get up early to watch it? I woke up around 6 and put the TV on just in time to see Kate. I thought her dress was very elegant and timeless. I also loved Pippa's dress.

I caught a couple of cips. Loved her dress..I think she looked very pretty. Was disappointed in the kiss (which I made myself late for work bc I wanted to see it). I was hoping for more than a peck. Something more romantic!
But otherwise they seem very happy

I started watching around 6 too. I wasn't in love with dress but it was very elegant and she looked fabulous.
The wedding was beautiful and the second kiss was so much better than the first and I agree with the fact that I wanted to see a tad more like a big smooch and dip! They have a great chemistry. Something small but I wish they held hands more for some reason.i was up early and dd and i watched it. LOVED her dress. it actually reminded me of my own. but i would have liked to have seen her hair up.
i agree with kernel- wills should shave (or cut shorter) his hair. his receding hairline wouldn't be as noticeable.
I agree with the whole Will hair thing as well.
Harry looks like a lot of fun to be around. I loved when he peeked at Kate coming down the aisle and then whispered something to Will.
I got up at 5...loved seeing everyone arriving. Her dress was fabulous...some ppl said it wasn't modern enough but I think it was appropriate for this. I bet she'll have a more modern dress for the evening 'do.
Pippa looked great too, her dress was beautiful.
ETA: I also loved seeing all of the crazy hats!!!!
I'm bitter because I wanted a dress with sleeves or a jacket, and none of them looked good on me. Now there's going to be 301892301 of them and I already have my dress. Waahhh.

I woke up just as she was arriving at the church. I thought she looked stunning and so calm! I am always amazed at how the royal family keeps their emotions in check and she looked like an old pro already. If I were her parents I would have crying just thinking about how crazy it is that your little girl is marrying a prince, so I'm impressed how everyone held it together.
I will also say that Harry looks like a lot of fun. He and William seem so down to earth, I think Diana would be proud.
I'm crazy. I woke up on my own at 3:30, couldn't fall back asleep and thought, what the hell, might as well follow the wedding. I LOVED her dress. I thought she looked amazing and would have only requested that she smile more during the ceremony (which was incredibly short!). Pippa was smoking hot. I think there are a handful of woman that could look good in the dress she had on and those women would all be super models. I agree the kiss was a little let down but then I think what a kiss with my husband would be like with millions of people watching and yelling at me...slightly awkward situation lead to slightly awkward kisses.
Side note....The Beckhams, hot damn did they look good!
William and Harry seem like normal brothers. They said when Harry turned from the altar he said to William "she's coming." They both seem so down to earth. Did you notice Harry and Kate's brother chatting when they were all going to witness the signature? He does seem fun! At the altar, William said to Mr Middleton "this was supposed to be a small family affair" or something to that effect. Her dress was beautiful; a timeless classic look. I would love to see her outfil tonight for the "Disco Party." Pippa looked stunning, and she is beautiful too. I was wondering what was going through the Middleton's heads knowing their daughter is now royalty. I am so caught up in all of this
I loved her dress!! So timeless, it will still look good in pictures 100 years from now. She does look alarmingly skinny though.
I think Harry seems like fun, Hitler costume notwithstanding. I think since he doesn't have the pressure of William, he just has a bit more laid back personality.
Pippa is also gorgeous, I wish I had Middleton genes. ;-)
When I got up it was the middle of the ceremony...but I have the whole thing waiting for me on dvr.
I attended a Royal Wedding Breakfast........ yea I'm "that girl"
FIL is from Scotland and was so excited to throw a party and invited a bunch of friends and neighbors. I wasn't going to go just clean the house and go grocery shopping, but last night he called and said...
"No pressure, but I'd love if you and my little guy would come watch the wedding at our house tomorrow morning."
So 6:30 we were there eating scones and watching the wedding.

I am so wrapped up in this whole thing. It is literally a modern day fairy tale. I just looked at the slideshow on CNN.com and the pics are super amazing. The only thing I saw was the kiss right before I left for work so I'm going to sit down with some booze tonight and watch it all
