Compassionate Thoughts:POLL
So yesterday Lady Gaga was on Ellen, and she was saying that she spends 5 min. everyday thinking compassionate thoughts about herself. It got me to thinking that I don't ever think compassionate things about myself, which is sad. I have been feeling really down about myself lately, because I have put on a lot of weight, just don't feel very confident, etc. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to start thinking some compassionate things.
SO.....what are some compassionate thoughts that you think about yourself.....c'mon.......you are all GREAT, so tell me what you like about yourself!

uf..can't say I usually think about it either!
I guess I can say that after all I went through with my son, I am MUCH more easy going. Life happens..might as well laugh and deal with it. Won't do you any good to stress out!
