Take Your Child to Work Day
Anyone else have this going on at work today? The distractions are getting rather annoying...

Late to enter, but yes, even though the owners said no, one of our marketing managers decided to bring his kid to work. I normally wouldn't mind, but two of my direct reports were out this week, so I was super busy and he interupted me to introduce her and then kept sending her back over for meaningless reports and such (I'm the accounting manager) because he wanted to show her typical things that are done within the different departments. All in all it was a huge distraction and irriating because we were all specifically told no and he did it anyway since th owners were out at a trade show. Don't get me wrong, I love children, but not in the workplace!
