Other royal wedding observations/discussion
Did anyone catch (via reading lips) what William said to Kate when she got up to the altar?
"You look beautiful."
Awwwww. I totally melted.
Also, he seemed so much more attractive this morning while I was watching the wedding. Must be the body language of someone in love..or something. Whatever it was, it was working for him!
Re: Other royal wedding observations/discussion
I missed that - so sweet. And I love the pic someone posted in the other thread with the footman. Seeing William holding the flowers was adorable.
Also, my niece asked when Kate moves to Florida. To live with the other princesses at Disney World. Ahhh, honey. So cute!
Chymes, I read online that he said, "You look stunning, babe." And, yeah, definitely melt-worthy!
I loved the wedding. Everything about it.
I loved the way that they looked at each other. I loved that they looked poised and royal, and yet not stiff. They seemd so happy.
And, hey, Chymes, maybe the added attractiveness was because William was in uniform? You know what they say about a man in uniform...
I still think he's hot. The prince factor trumps the balding factor.
And Kate was flawless.
Hoektastic, that is adorable what your niece said!
Yes! What a neat touch!
That's perfectly precious!

And very good for the environment, the car runs on wine.
I learned that when reading the Molly series American Girl books when I was a kid. Molly's family had a girl from Britain staying with them and the two of them got in a fight over what song that tune went with.
Random, eh?
When did they do this? Must have been after "the kiss" on the balcony, after I had to go to work...bummer.
It was after their luncheon. Maybe about 10 EST? I didn't see it live; just the pictures online.
I heard Kate wanted that one b/c it had the most or biggest windows, so as many people as possible could see her along the parade route.

Ah...well, that was a nice gesture on her part!

And Catherine/Kate!
Yes, but Kate is more of a "regular" name that people would have been more likely to think of as an option before today. Pippa is not, so I think its added popularity will be more noticeable.
