Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.

Thank you.

Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.

I know what you mean re: TDP and not taking into account pregnancy. I posted on one of their forums a while ago asking them to add that feature. Re: the 1900 calories per day TDP says you can eat-- it's actually on the low end for pregnant women (all research I've done is between 1950-2300 for pregnant women, assuming you're healthy weight etc).

Babyfit does take into account pregnancy . I don't use it a lot because all of my meals, etc are TDP. However, that being said, it's a very good tool for research and information.
