not much of anything... been a crazy couple of weeks with B working an art show late so we've been eating out a lot and most of this week looks the same.
Maybe later in the week some grilling if it is nice out. There are some Thanksgiving burgers I'm dying to try.
how do you make your pulled pork?
pulled pork, homemade baked beans, corn on the cob
bacon perogie bake
black bean and mango curry over rice
creamy taco mac
stuffed portobello's and artichoke
this is my favorite pulled pork recipe from my aunt!!
3-4lbs pork loin roast
1 onion sliced
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Throw it all in the crock pot and cook on low 8-9 hours.
Serve with hamburger buns or over rice.
mine is so easy its ridiculous.
I marinade it over night in Root Beer (yup, soda) and cook it in the root beer in the crock pot...
then about an hour before its ready to serve i dump out the root beer and mix in the bbq sauce (1 bottle minimum, more for saucy lovers) and shred the pork
