does anyone belong to a Healthworks?

Moving up there soon and researching gyms, I see a lot of Womens Only Healthworks, I've never been to a womens only gym... not sure I would like it?

At my current gym, I really like going to a spin class 2x a week and try and get to a Bodypump class 2x a week. So a gym with good group exercise is important.

Re: does anyone belong to a Healthworks?

  • I did back in the day and found it kind of expensive.

I belonged to Women's Fitness of Boston for a year and really liked it. Plus it was right between work and my bus stop so I didn't have to go out of my way to go to the gym during the week.

  • I used to when I lived in the city. I went to the one in Brookline on rte 9 and it was amazing. They have great classes, the gym is beautiful, the locker room/shower area is great and they have a nice cafe. It is pricey, but I thought it was well worth it.
