apartment recs
Hi! We are just throwing ideas around right now, but are thinking of maybe selling our home and then moving into an apartment for a bit so we can save some money up for a bigger down payment. I would like to have a washer dryer in the unit but that would be one of my only requirements (which is a little limiting I'm sure...). We would like to be in WDM, Waukee, Ankeny or Johnston (not terribly picky about location, just not DM). Also it would be nice to have a flexible lease option...any recs? Thanks!

We just sold our house last week and are moving to an apt for a few months while our new home is being built. I didn't have much luck finding places that offer less than 6 month leases. However, on Friday, I talked with a person at Sunrise Meadows apartments in Waukee and they do flexible leases. 2BR apt for $825 I believe and they do have W/D in unit. They do a month to month for an extra $25/mo. They're located just north or Hickman before you get to Warrior Lane. Talk with Shane at 975-1976.
