We spoke briefly with another REA and got some advice (and some comps) but we didn't sign with her. We're at the point where we've come up from our initial bid, but we're not willing to go much farther. We love this house, but we can't go crazy. We're still waiting to hear back.
This house is amazing. It's listed as 5 beds, 2 baths, but functions as a 3 bed, 2 bath house with an office and a playroom. Fireplace, HUGE backyard for around here, well-manicured, recently re-done bathrooms, decent sized bedrooms - just needs some paint. It has a formal living room for my piano and a dining room and an EIK. I've never seen my husband so intent on a home before. We both love it, but I think what endears me even more is how much HE loves it, because he's never fallen for a home before. But, if it goes much higher, we're priced out. So I'm mentally prepared to lose the home. Keep those vibes coming!
