Has anyone heard from DD?

Obviously she hasn't been here, and she hasn't been on FB since Wednesday. Does anyone know if she's alright?

Agreed. I keep stalking her FB hoping for an update of some kind. I know she last posted that she was okay, but I still feel ill at ease.

Sad I wasn't sure what the timing of the tornadoes was, but I was hoping that wasn't the case. I really really hope she's okay.

like nooner said, i'm pretty sure there were more storms after she posted. i guess its plausible they dont have electric, internet, phone, etc. yet. its just so devastating watching the death toll rise and rise

I was thinking about her this weekend too. I hope that they are okay and it's just power outage.

hmm from that blog it sounds like power is spotty and the school system is closed, which means she isnt working.

i only browsed the article but were there any fatalities/serious injuries IN Huntsville? I mean it would be terrible if their house was hit, but if they are okay thats what matters most.

i know they have family spread out too. ill feel better when someone hears from her. im sure if they are okay, they are out helping others.

No problem. In seeing all the devastation these storms caused it can only be assumed that it will take a long time to get the grid back up, so to speak. So I'm going to go with she doesn't have power and not htink anything worse.

We're not FB friends (will have to remedy that when she gets back), but I've been thinking about her since watching it happen on the weather channel. I also hope everything is okay and she just is without power.

DD, I also hope that you are okay. I was thinking about you with the tornados and that you had the day of fainting/vomiting. Hope all is well and it is a power outage thing!
