Stolen from another board, but I thought it was cute... Right now, it's 9:53pm in London, and Kate is probably in bed trying to fall asleep before her big day. Now, I'm not a royals freak or anything, but I can't help but be excited for her, knowing how I felt the night before my wedding. What were you doing at 9:53 pm the night before your wedding?

I don't recall exactly, but I was awake for sure. I know we didn't go to bed until like 2am that night (verrrry late for us!). I was probably packing or getting stuff together for the next day. I don't even recall my mood (excited, nervous, frantic, etc) but I don't remember being *too* stressed.

ETA: Oh you know, at 9:53pm, we were still out. One of the groomsmen never showed up at the RD so after it was over we waited for him in a bar across the street. But he still never showed so then we went home.

I was in our hotel room alone......DH gave me the hotel room and he went back to our house to sleep. I was in my pajamas watching TV in the hotel room and putting together my little gifts for my parents, etc.

Hanging out in the hotel with my BFF watching a special on Dateline, oddly enough, about adultery. We were laughing saying to each other how we shouldn't be watching this the night before my wedding, but we watched the whole damn thing.

We got upgraded from a regular hotel suite to the Presidential suite (for free!) for the getting ready portion of the day and our wedding night. Since our rehearsal dinner was two night before our wedding, my mom, sister, and best friend stayed at the hotel Friday night and went to a nice dinner and were just generally goofy. I think by 9:53, my mom and sister (5 mo preggo at the time) went to bed, and my friend and I watched tv and got to bed relatively early.

DH and I were hanging with some OOT friends in Fell's Point. I think I left shortly after to go home and get some rest... but I wasn't able to sleep until he got home anyway.

I was out with my sister, her husband, and a friend. My husband's good friends all live out of town, so they had a makeshift bachelor party the night before our wedding. They had dinner together and then went to a couple of bars. We met up at some point in the evening.

I was trying to wind down from all of the activities we had done that day (we set up all of the CPs ourselves) and I was excited/nervous going over lists making sure I had done everything I wanted to get done that day. Then I think I fell asleep around 11:00 that night (spent the night at my aunt's (also MOH) house)

I had just gotten home from the rehearsal dinner. DH and DS stayed at a hotel and I was home alone and did not like it! I hardly got any sleep.

I think we were still at the restaurant...I am pretty sure we stayed there until at least 10 and then we all went back to the hotel bar. My bms and I went upstairs before midnight.

Sitting in my living room with my bridesmaids and mom talking and doing some last minute adjusting to my bridesmaid's jewelry. (I made their jewelry and one of the necklaces was too long)

I went to bed not too too long after that, but it took me a while to fall asleep.

I'm impressed ladies! looks like a lot of you actually made it to bed at "reasonable" times. I am pretty sure I was still at the rehearsal dinner/party or at least still cleaning up because nothing my family does is ever early or on time. And I am certain I didn't sleep at all or maybe I did but it wasn't real sleep if you know what I mean. Needless to say I was exhausted and while I think Kate looked stunning she did look a bit tired at times.

I was just getting home from our rehearsal dinner. I had my bridesmaids over for another hour or so before going to bed.

DH on the other hand went out with his friends and got trashed and was hungover all the next morning...

I'm sure I was awake, and likely reviewing my lists. I had a LOT of lists. Two of my bridesmaids were spending the night, we had chocolate-covered strawberries to eat and movies to watch. It was low-key.

I'm right there with you! We were either still at the restaurant, because I think we were there until 11. Or we were out drinking with the bridal party at Ryleigh's in Federal Hill. The night before the wedding was so fun- we were out pretty late but of course the girls retired before the boys. I think I only got about 5 or 6 hours of sleep.

I was asleep. I thought I'd be tossing and turning all night, but I slept from 9pm-6am! We had an early RD, and then I wanted to get a good night's sleep...DH and most of the wedding party and my brothers partied until pretty late and my then 17-year old brother was so hungover the next day he could barely see straight, but I had no idea until months later someone told me. lol.

I don't remember what time we left the rehearsal dinner, but I think I was home at that time but definitely not asleep. I was at my parent's house the night before the wedding so I just chilled there.

I am so late here but I was putting together our favors. They were fresh pies so they had to be done the night before at the earliest. What a giant clusterfuck that was.
