as a disclaimer, when I'm on safari I can't always bold or underline so sometimes I have to use caps for emphasis, i feel ilke such a bad emailer
Yes, I think caps are for shouting. I have one person that always IMs in caps and I feel like she's screaming at me.
I will sometimes use caps for a single word for emphasis, but I usually use ** or italics unless I'm really angry, lol.
