to not lay into some of the idiots on facebook regarding the events surrounding osama's death.
I have honestly typed out three separate responses to some of the most *insane* posts, but have deleted them before hitting enter.
I just need to keep taking slow, deep breathes....

Ditto. It all drives me nuts, and yet.... I can't look away. I have spent the majority of the day bouncing between twitter, fb, news, etc. I have also typed out a buunchhh of stuff, but just delete it.
One that DID make me giggle...."breaking news, Chuck Norris just returned from his vacation in Pakistan."
The Chuck Norris jokes crack.me.up and I couldn't help but giggle at 4am when I read that.

Ditto this. Most of my FB friends are just saying "he's dead" or "yay OBL is gone"
I had a few friends post a bible verse from Ezekiel, something about not rejoicing in the death of evil....Sorry, but I am kind of happy he's dead. If we could have brought him to trial, that would have been good too, but really he was a very evil man and I'm kinda glad he's gone.

I've got several "friends" that are constantly posting about how they don't believe he's dead - Obama is "this" or Obama is "that" - and how this is all for the election.
ummmm. okay.
I've already deleted the racist from my friend list... but there are a few others that are reeeeealllly close to the delete option as well. I hope pp is right and this will all die down and I can go back to the blissful ignorance that people research and found their ideas on logic and reason. sigh.
