Do you own an enameled cast iron casserole? If so, do you use it often? What do you usually cook with it?

I use it frequently.
i've got an enameled cast iron dutch oven that i ADORE !!! i use for soups, stews, coq au vin, grown up mac n cheese .. it gets used more in the fall/winter than spring summer.
