I tried to trick Mini today
I asked her what she and her dad bought at the mall yesterday. She said that she could not tell me if they bought anything at all. Guess I'll have to wait until Mother's Day.

so cute! Ava doesn't get the whole secret thing. She started to tell grandma that she's not supposed to tell her that she made a....and i cut her off! She told me that she and dh are building me a jewelry box and it's gonna be SO BIG to fit all my pretty jewelry and dresses. I asked DH and he told me they looked at a popsicle stick box project in High Five and will try to make that together
and she was covered in paint today after daycare - she told me she was working on the special secret mother's day painting.
