Re: Do you use coupons?
I've always used them occasionally, but have started doing it a lot more since we've been TTC. My husband is an accountant and reads too many finance articles on the cost of raising children, so I'm trying to show him it will all be OK
I also LOVE the CVS extrabucks program - I guess I'm slow and just figured it out, but it is awesome

PAIF/SAIF/PGAL welcome
I just recently got a little obsessive about it but it's very time consuming and honeslty half the time I'm too lazy to really get crazy with it. I even went to a couponing class with a friend (don't laugh at me) and it helped show how it all works but still...a lot of work to do to save a few bucks.
I actually know one of the girls on TLC's Extreme Couponing. She was the woman from Auburndale, and she is in my local twins mom's group.
Thanks for the tip!
I use them but I'm not obsessive or as diligent as I should be. I don't have the time, patience and desire to scour the internet and papers looking for good deals, but I admire those who do. However, I'm somewhat of a thrifty shopper to begin with so I don't think I overspend too too often. (hopefully)
I try to use them as much as I could. So far I save atleast $5 on my contacts solution hehehe each time I need to buy more.
Half the time they expire on my coupon envelope or I could forget it at home.
I have a hard time because the coupons in the paper are never for anything we use. When they start having coupons for meat, fruit and produce I'm golden!
I mostly use them for non-food items.
