Well.. my friend Jen's husband passed away peacefully on Saturday. (I posted a prayer request for them about a week ago) The funeral is Wednesday and the people I work with are going to host a bake sale at the hospital on Friday to help raise money for medical costs and funeral expenses. I obviously want to make goodies that will sell, sell , sell!
Any ideas of what to make for a homerun?

Re: Bake Sale Goodies?
I'm so sorry for your loss.
Frosted sugar cookies or cute cupcakes? I think those would be good sellers.
I'm so sorry. I was praying for a miracle. My prayers continue to be her and her family.
One of the biggest sellers when I did my Bake For Hope was sweet chex mix and caramel corn. I think anything that packages nicely and doesn't melt/get squished will be great!

Sea Salted Chocoatmeal cookies are usually a hit because people see "sea salt" and know that it's special.
I've also seen (jello) rainbow popcorn done and, while I can't stand popcorn, it looked really neat and others seemed to go nuts over it.
I am so sorry to hear this.
If you pick up Reese's peanut butter chips at the store, they have a recipe for double chocolate chip cookies with reese's chips in them that are super good and stay soft.
i'm so sorry to hear about this. thoughts and prayers for you and your friend/family.
