North Florida Nesties
1 2pd package frozen hashbrown potatoes thawed
1/4 cup butter softened
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup (I add another half can)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat 350 degrees
spray casserole dish w/ nonstick spray
combine all ingredients in a large bowl
pour into dish
bake 35 minutes

Hashbrown Casserole
I believe there was a request to post the recipe:

mmmm...i make one like this but instead of the other half a can of cream of chicken i add sour cream
....i think i might have to make one for mothers day now
