I was going to keep this a secret, but I really need to tell someone (other than H) or I will go crazy. I am still a few days to a week away from my period starting, but I was feeling kinda weird yesterday so I decided to POAS. It wasn't anything overtly like pregnancy symptoms, but I definitely feel different. Anyway...I POAS last night and there is a very very very very faint line to make a plus sign. Like so faint that it could have just been the shadow from the dye in the test already and not an actual +. I even called DH in to see if he saw anything and he did see it, but also wasn't sure if it was really there or just how the test looks. According to my period tracker app on my iphone I am supposed to start my period on Thursday, but I am not usually all that regular. So we are going to wait till this weekend and get another couple of tests and test again.
I had seriously confusing feelings when I saw it though. Like mostly pure terror. I am a little afraid of becoming a mom, but mostly I think I am afraid that this test wasn't actually positive and I am going to be so let down when I either get my period or have a negative test this weekend.
Anyway...I just kinda needed to tell that to someone. No one other than DH knows about it right now.

If I even thought there was a slight possibility it was + I'd be POASing like crazy. Just a word of caution though the digital test (the ones that say pregnant or not, or the smiley face ones) need to detect more pregnancy hormones then the plus or minus ones. So you could get a position on one test and a negative on the digital. Believe it or not the dollar store pregnancy test are the most sensitive. There are websites dedicated to which pregnancy test are the most sensitive.

That happened to me this pregnancy. The first 2 tests I took I convinced myself I was just seeing things... but deep down I KNEW it was a +.
I bought a digital and sure enough PREGNANT. It took 2 days from the first very, very, very maybe not even there second line...

See...but that is the thing. It was SO light that it may not have been a positive....Not just kinda light, but barely visible.
Yep. Happens all the time prior to missed period. If you took a picture of it, you can invert the colors to see the line.

I agree with what Thor said...per research on tests many women do this to see if theres an actual real line or not.
But soo excited! I would go buy a bunch of dollar store tests and keep testing because I'm not patient

The same thing happened to me so I waited and pos the next morning and it was much darker. Morning pee is best, haha!
Oh it won't be fuzzy this weekend. Use your first morning urine too so it is nice and dark.
