Agreed.
In July of 2010, he went before the city panning commission and promised that the issues, which were caused by his construction, would be fixed. Based upon that he had been given a green light to move forward. Now he won't fix it and is planning legal action against an unidentified party? Please tell me the legal action won't be against our city.
Edit: that we should have been he - big difference!
Are you talking about the proposed coffee shop that was looking for re-zoning in a residential area? Basically a business was operating there anyway and the city never bothered them. And now someone wants to open a coffee shop, but is trying to go about it the right way by having the area rezoned. Totally on the up and up. But the neighborhood association/residents protested. Is that the one?
If it is that situation - I agree with you. Businesses were already operating in that space - someone coming in and wanting to do things legally and ethically should be welcomed and encouraged!
I believe that is the one, yes.

I saw that on the ticker on the news this morning! I'm so mad. I've been looking forward to PFC coming to GR for a long time!
Are you kidding me?! I just drove by the other day and got SO excited because the Coming soon sign for PF Changs was up. I've been craving their lettuce wraps.
BOO!
