Um, my morning (PR!)

I was convinced all weekend that AF was on the way. My temp had been steadily declining as per usual, I was crampy and had all the usual AF symptoms. The only thing that was unusual was that I was dizzy last night. I didn't even bother testing yesterday at 12dpo, even though I have never made it that far. Hell, I got bloodwork done on Friday to test my progestrone and start figuring out why we weren't PG yet.

This morning I got another low temp and got up to shower. I wasn't even convinced I should bother testing, but I did anyway, then got in the shower while I waited. When I got out, my digital said "Pregnant."

I am still in shock. I woke DH up by walking into the bedroom and saying "Getting up," flipping on the light and shoving the test in his face (real romantic). He sort of laughed. I said, "Are you going to say anything?" He said, "Well, congratulations to us...but it is 5:40 in the morning, I'm not really thinking straight." I got dressed and went to school. I went this afternoon to confirm with a blood test, so I will get those results back tomorrow.

I am still totally in shock. I keep going to check if I have started my period. I am excited but feeling really cautious--and think I probably will be for the next four weeks until my first appointment. Anyway, since we aren't telling anyone IRL yet, I told DH that I had to at least tell you ladies (he may have rolled his eyes while laughing at me...I am the worst EVER at keeping secrets...)
