House offer will likely fall through
We had our home inspection on the house in Stoughton today. Significant damage to structural beams, issues with the fireplaces, and issues with the electrical. We'll see what the seller has to say, but those are things we aren't necessarily ready to take on. We're both OK with it, though the house was divine. I'm sure we'll find something better in the near future.
DH is already looking at more listings.

Aw, that's too bad.
When we look at houses, we're willing to deal with a lot (my father is a builder who helps with a lot of things) but structural issues are not something we will try to tackle.
Will you continue to look in Stoughton or are you considering other areas as well?
