As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Some months have 5 Mondays, so we can pick whether the third or fourth works best for everyone. Moving it back to the third week misses holidays and gets us back on track, everyone ok with this? Any takers for the missing month?

Oh, and July 18th works fine for me.
