As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I gave Greg a pass, so I'm heading in solo.

J and I have a labor and delivery class at the hospital today. Confession: I am psyched it's from 2-3 because I can leave the office at 1 and not go back afterwards.

The Sand in My Snow Boots
That was my favorite part of birthing/parenting class because I fell asleep during it...and the nap was much needed!
