Cast Iron cooking...
So we purchased our first cast iron pan. Anyone else have one? DH loves it so much that he's been cooking dinner every night this week!
...i can get used to this.

LOVE our cast iron pans!! We cook on them all the time but our newest obsession is frittas for breakfast in the morning.
Basically, saute shredded potato, minced onion and garlic in olive oil ... add whatever leftovers we have from the week (ham, chicken, tomato, porscutto, etc) and a couple beaten eggs. Throw in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes, top with cheese and cook for another 5 minutes!
Awesome breakfast in one pan!
