How did you do this week? I did bad last week, so I didn't even record my weight. This morning, I was down from 2 weeks prior (after a weight gain of a couple pounds) but I'm still now down to the lowest I've been since I started WW this time around. Gotta keep truckin' along!
What excersise/s (if any) did you do? I worked out thursday and friday nights (J had school so i was home alone.) I did a little pilates but wasn't feeling it, so I popped in a dvd for Slim in 6 which I bought years and years ago. Did that and felt good so I did it again friday. Felt the burn on saturday!
What is one thing you did this week that made you feel really healthy/good afterwards? I worked out! I was a little sore on saturday, but it was the good kind of sore. my goal is to work out with the dvds again this thurs. and fri. and try to keep adding to it.
I forgot to get on the scale this morning. I have a feeling I haven't lost any weight at all.
I did the 30 day shred all weekend. I was supposed to do it again this morning but I woke up too late.
After the 3rd day of the shred I didn't feel like death anymore so I took that as a good sign that I'm not completely unhealthy.

How did you do this week? I was bad last week, so this week I'm back in the swing. Food journaling again.
What excersise/s (if any) did you do? Zumba Monday, treadmill and bike yesterday, zumba today at lunch. I'm going to try to hit the gym Thursday and Friday at lunch too but I'm not sure if I will make both days. I'm pushing hard to do it.
What is one thing you did this week that made you feel really healthy/good afterwards? I felt awesome after Monday's zumba class.
How did I do?----> horrible. Since last wednesday until yesterday i did not eat a single healthy thing (hello chick fil a, crawfish boil, copious amounts of booze, copious amounts of food to soak of the booze, cheeze-its....) nor did i do any exercise. i am sure i gained this week.
Exercise---> i finally ran yesterday. goal was 4.5 miles. made it 2.75 before wanting to die. 5 days of unhealthy living kicked.my.asss. heading over tonight and hoping to do 4 miles.
One thing I felt good about---> just about nothing? i felt good after running yesterday, but pissed i only did 2.75 miles.

What is one thing you did this week that made you feel really healthy/good afterwards?
Nothing, I drank and ate like crap. Eh whatever.
How did you do this week? Good until the weekend, then I overate both days and even though I vowed to get back on track Monday, I crashed and burned (hello, bacon cheeseburger) that day too. I think (hope) I've gotten that out of my system now.
What excersise/s (if any) did you do? I do the elliptical, sit-ups, and some free weights (wimpy 5-lb dumbbells) for biceps and triceps. That was only Wed, Thurs, and Tues since the last check-in.
What is one thing you did this week that made you feel really healthy/good afterwards? Yesterday I ate well and exercised after a 3-day hogfest - I really didn't feel like working out but did it anyway, and pushed myself to do an extra 5 minutes on the elliptical even though I felt like dying. I also met my calorie target yesterday. Overall it just makes me feel like I'm back on track.
How did you do this week? Not good, but I'm still at the same weight from 2 weeks ago, so that is a relief.
What excersise/s (if any) did you do? Treadmill once last week
What is one thing you did this week that made you feel really healthy/good afterwards? Bought angel food cake instead of really unhealthy, fattening cake.
How did you do this week? Good with cutting back on my eating, but sucking about drinking enough water. Down 6 lbs since last week.
What excersise/s (if any) did you do? Started walking on nice days with Jax. Won't be cleared for true exercise for another 3 weeks at least. A little afraid to restart the 30 day shred when I get the ok.
What is one thing you did this week that made you feel really healthy/good afterwards? Dug out a low-carb cookbook I got for Christmas. Made a couple of recipes and K even liked them which is an accomplishment. Hopefully I can keep on a better-cooking track.
