Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Did you vote absentee (mail), early, or are you planning on voting tomorrow at the polls?
Re: voting poll
Ditto Jaime - I really wanted to go vote. At first I was worried about an absentee vote not counting, but I'm inclined to believe them when they say their counted first. I just want to actually do it, esp in a church with Yes on 8 signs outside
I voted early last week. I did get to stand in line and talk to people and experience that "community" thing I love about Election Day but...
I'm feeling a little bummed that I won't get to vote tomorrow. I feel a little helpless...
But hey, I put my "I voted!" sticker on a pin on my vote tote and I'm wearing it proudly tomorrow
In person. I am helping with the school bake sale. This means I have to be there at 6 am. Why did I sign up for this again? ;-p
Mailed it in.
I'v actually never voted on election day. I've either gone to the polls early or mailed it in. I've never been in FL on election day to do it.
my read shelf:
Voing in person tomorrow. I really like the physical act of voting, but our county will be going to all-mail next year or '10. Kind of sad, actually.
I'm also volunteering at MoveOn headquarters tonight and tomorrow!
