Geez Louise...
How do you deal with people who talk about themselves all the time? When you have a conversation with them they talk and brag about themselves the whole conversation. There are 2 people that I see each week that are like that and I'm sort of forced to sit next to them. It's driving me crazy!!! I try to ignore it. Sometimes I find myself trying to compete with them, like AWing something about myself or my life after everything they say about theirs, but then I feel like I'm turning into "one of them" and I stop. Uggghhh, I wish I wasn't so nice so I could just say "Stop talking about yourself so much! Your life is not THAT interesting!!!" But, of course, I'd never say that. I guess this was more of a vent, but if you have advice, please share!

Boy, I don't know. All I can suggest is to just tune them out and go to your happy place in your head, or something.
I feel ya, though. It's aggravating and it makes you want to contradict everything they say. Maybe just try to give monosyllabic answers, like:
Annoying person: I am so cool! I am awesome! My life is perfect! Don't you wish you were me?
K: Huh.
AP: I am great! Everyone is in love with me! I've never had a bad day in my whole life!
K: Hm.
Eventually they ought to get tired of carrying the conversation, and maybe they'll stop.
One of these girls I wouldn't really consider her a friend at all, but I have to see her multiple times a week. And the other girl used to be my friend, I guess she still is but we usually only see each other about twice a year (which I can handle). But this second girl has started going to DH's softball games since her DH started playing on the same team. Since nobody else really comes out to watch the games, it'll pretty much just be me and her. Maybe I'll start cheering really loud after every play, that way she won't have much time to talk
I could just not go to the games, but I really enjoy watching DH play! And I haven't missed a game since we started dating 5 years ago!
