Working out stomach fat??

What do you do?? I can gain 2lbs and it goes straight to my stomach!  I went from 110 to 130 in about 4months, most of which is in my stomach!!  (129.7 to be exact) I want, NO need to get rid of it! What is your best stomach workout? I started doing cardio for 1hr daily, but it is not helping my usually flat tummy!

  • All the crunches in the world won't help ya if you don't eat well and exercise - cardio and strength training. 

    That or lipo. 


  • I have been working on this too! I'm tired of still being 20lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight with a flabby belly. I have drastically changed what I have been eating. I also do the free on demand exercises and going for walks. It is working! I am down to 135lbs today (opposed to 140 i was about 2 weeks ago).

    I find it really hard to eat better when my H eats like crap all the time. At first it took some willpower not to eat fast food every time he did but now fast food grosses me out most of the time.

  • Cutting down on my fat and sugar intake and P90x.  That's what I'm trying.  So far so good, but I'm only a couple of weeks in.
  • Abs are made in the kitchen.

    I've read that at least 10 different times this week in various places. You can't spot reduce. You have to change your diet and do some kind of working out.

    Like Liz said some cable companies have on-demand work outs.. I have bright house, and they have them, but they haven't worked in 2 weeks. I guess I should call, but i'm lazy.

    I have Jillian Michaels Yoga Melt down (which i'll be doing in the morning). I did day 1 of Insanity (today). I did the fit test yesterday. I almost died. Bob Harper also has some great DVDs.

    Hang out on the H&F board, there are daily eat/work out posts (thats now what they are called, but it's something like that).
