Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

if money was no object, would you have plastic surgery in the present time? if yes, what? i would do a little lypo around my neck/under my chin. i inherited a waddle from my dad. it would be less noticeable with weight loss, but still there. i'd like a chin that goes back in a 90 degree angle instead of slopes down to my neck. example:
i am less into the idea of lypo anywhere else, or implants of any kind. it's fine for other people but i know myself and every headache i'd be thinking is my implant leaking. plus i'm okay with my boob and butt sizes i guess. i would love a breast lift to change the shape of my breasts, but i don't know if i'd actually do it.

yes if i had the money now i'd do botox (just a little) on my forehead. i couldn't do a lot because sign language requires a huge amount of facial expression.

my friend's sister got a reduction that sounded like the most painful thing imaginable. i think they got infected.
my mom's bff who is really wealthy was looking into going to china for limb lengthening.

i think that ppl should have counseling to determine that their gender and sex are not appropriately matched to have the surgery. I don't think just anyone shold be able to get it done on a whim. It is a huge decision. I wonder if anyone here actually knows someone in real life that has had this done. I do and you would literally never know.

Yes...after a c-section and pumping/bfing i definitely would go for the "mommy makeover" (tummy tuck, breast lift, lipo). part of my belly where i was cut is still numb and if the nerves aren't working now, i'm not sure they ever will. my breasts are pretty deflated. and i just want lipo
also...i inherited love handles from my dad...he always told me he felt so bad he'd pay to have them removed. i even had them in high school when i ran a mile a day PLUS practice for field hockey and lacrosse...they dont go away no matter how much i work out.

My SIL is a surgeon and she is going to be going into breast reconstruction (think like breast cancer pts) next year. She already knows that once I've had children (or give up on it) I want my boobs done! Also I would not be apposed to a post baby tummy tuck and thigh lipo.

No but now that my mom is all skinny from her stomach stapling I think she will get a tummy tuck. She claims she isn't interested in a boob job, but this is also the women who said she was going to wait a year before she ran out and bought a corvette.

Once I am done having kids, I would consider a tummy tuck and breast lift all at once. No implants, just a nice lift. I've never in my life had particularly perky boobs (too big/heavy I guess?) or a totally flat midsection. I would really like both. But I'm also scared of surgery and would have to think a lot about it if it were ever a possibility. Especially knowing the risks and having kids, etc etc etc.
