Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

@Jeni: my ab/arm workout

This is modified from P90X and my high school swim team dry workout, it takes me about 30 min in the morning.

Abs: P90X ab ripper - it works you so hard and is only 15 min, I have replaced my old ab workout with this one

Arms: 3 sets of these 6 free weight moves with 10 - 15 lbs dumbbells:
1. (on back): chest press (15x)
2. (on back): chest fly (15x) 
3. (on back): triceps extension (15x)
4. (standing): bicep curls (15x)
5. (standing): military press (15x)
6. (standing): lateral raise (15x)
