As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Getting so close!
We meant with our banker last night to give her our drawings and all of our estimates. Next step is the appraisal (they have to appraise our land with our house to make sure it meets/exceeds our loan amount) which she said would take 1-2 weeks. Then after that we go in in close(feels weird to close on a house that we haven't even built yet though...lol) and we can officially start!!

I know! The next year is going to be so long. Not to mention DH will be spending every waking hour working on it so I will be a single mom for the next year. But it will be worth it.
