If you're bored today, wanna help with baby boy names?
Sigh. . . I have less then 10 weeks to go and we have nothing on the name front. If anyone is bored today and wants to feel free to share some boy names you like. Seriously I cannot come up with any that I love. My only rule is no made up spellings. Scott goes for the more eclectic unique names and I gravitate towards more traditional (but I am very open minded).
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Re: If you're bored today, wanna help with baby boy names?
First of all, Yay for getting so close! 67 days to go is so exciting.
I really like William or Benjamin.
My brother and SIL were considering either Samuel (Sam) or Brooks if their baby was a boy.

Benjamin was our 2nd choice. The one I really love, but I don't think DH would go for, is Asher.
Other wannabes, in my head before I was pregnant, were Gavin and Jackson.

I'm not sure how much free time you have but I went to a baby names website and went through each letter of the alphabet writing down names I like. Your time would be cut in half since you'd only have to look at boys names.
I wrote down the names I liked and gave it to H. From my list we each made a top 5 of first & middle names.
Some of my favorites:
Alexander
Colton
Colby
Jackson
Noah
Ryan
Sawyer
Treyton
Nolan
Grady
Keegan
Bryce
Coby
Micah

You guys are awesome! I just added a bunch of names to my list. I really want to give this little guy a name so I can quit calling him Baby.
I mentioned Asher to Scott in the beginning. He vetoed it b/c he thought it was too preppy.
What no Butler or Rhett? I'm surprised.
Yes me too
I figured you already had those covered.
Just before DS turned 2, I met someone with b/g twins, and the boy is Asher.
I fell in love with the name after reading "My Name is Asher Lev" by Chaim Potok my sophomore (?) year of college.

I'm pretty sure if we have a boy, we're naming it after Andy - Andrew Kennedy. So I like both of those names. :-)
For other names I like:
Nathaniel
Bradley
Gavin
Isaac
Evan
For whatever reason that's all that's popping to mind at the moment. But I know there are lots more I like so I may have to add on later as they come to mind.

You have a lot of great names to work with from these post.
The only name that TH and I could agree on for a boy was Evan. I had more boy names that I liked than he did.
What we did was print the social security top 500 list of names and went on our own and each highlighted the names that we loved or liked enough that we agree to. We then compared lists and came up with a lists of names that we both agreed to.
It worked out well that we, because we were able to highlight any names we wanted without getting input from the other person or make assumptions if the other person would like the name or not. We then combined list and went from there. With Allison we waited a few weeks, with Amelia we agreed on the spot. If I didn't see it on that list, I don't think I would have even come up with it.
The 2010 Social Security name list is out BTW! Just saw it posted on the BN board:

Kasa, I'm noting the lack of "Ale" on your list.
Steph, good luck! Naming both kids was vexing for us.
Yeah, I was trying to keep that gem on the down-low so that no one steals it from me and my future baby boy.
But great, just great. Now, Mira's probably going to use it! Thanks, alot GRSweetpea!
I am having a great time picturing you as a huffy baby namer. HA!
And, chill, Kasa, you could always turn Ale around and use it as a trendy girls name.
I love you guys! I have added a handful on names to my possible list. This should give us something to argue, I mean talk, about on our 6 hr drive to Chicago later.
Ale, huh? Hm. . .
Ale was the result of a weird line break or a typo.
Oh! I would always use the time from GR to Warren to talk about baby names. And by the time we got to our destination there was a chill in the air.
