Side dish ideas?
For Mother's Day, my mom requested for us to recreate a wrap sandwich she loves from a place near our house on Sebago... and I can't figure out what else to serve it with.
It's a wrap with grilled jumbo shrimp, artichoke hearts, fresh spinach, provolone cheese and garlic mayonnaise... I'm thinking broccoli slaw or cucumber, tomato & mozz salad. Any other thoughts?

I would go with a slaw or a simple green salad since the sandwich already has cheese in it.

This! The wrap already has some intense flavors going on (it sounds delicious!), so I'd keep it simple.

This is a simple, really light coleslaw that seems to get good reactions.
oooh, this was going to be my suggestion!
but I'd probably go with a green salad...maybe a spinach, strawberry, goat cheese, pecan? poppy seed dressing...mmmm
ETA: totally didn't read that there was spinach in the sandwich...in that case, I'd go vinaigrette-based potato or pasta salad
I think a compromise is in order - my fries and laura's salad! I'm starving now.

Thanks ladies for the delicious ideas! My mom picked the broccoli slaw which is like the link posted above... I'd love sweet potato fries too... maybe I can do some of those as well.
