so registry - Wipe Warmers
Possibly TMI. So I know people mostly don't rec the warmers but we are a household that buys these:

and I just feel so bad for a little baby getting startled from cold wipes, that I am adding it now. LOL
Re: so registry - Wipe Warmers
I know. Maybe dh and I are big babies but he agreed with me then wondered out loud if there were warmers for the ones we have currently. Hee hee

This makes me feel better. So many people told me it is a total waste and it dries them out so don't bother. I realize of course that lots babies do not react but I would feel bad because personally I think it's startling myself. LOL
It does dry them out but if you rotate the wipes every few days you won't have this issue. Also, I think the target wipes are better in the warmers compared to pampers since they do not dry out as fast.

I actually don't think are necessary at all. I got Kiley one and took it back the next day, it didn't get that much warmer at all. Others like them though.
Noooooo!!! Which one did you have, if you remember?
I was actually waiting to see if you would respond. Well you know I am going to try it out anyway and just take it back if it doesn't make a big enough difference.
LOL! How much is he going to love hearing that you posted that on the internet?!
We didn't get one. When out in the real world, the wipes we'd be using wouldn't be warmed, only would be warmed at home.. and I didn't want her to possibly get picky, and then cry because her butt was cold everytime we had to change a diap. not at home.
We're also planning on using cloth wipes with our cloth diapers. So a possibility of creating moldy wipes wasn't high on my list.

Mar, will you let me know your setup for cloth wipes after you've figured it out? I never could figure out how to make them work, because they should be wet (at least, the first one) and I couldn't figure out how to either keep them wet or have a bowl of water to dip them in (without the water evaporating soon and/or getting cold quickly). I'd like to make it work, at least at home. I have some good wipes, but just no good system.
Pooks -- if he's really worried about chafing, you can convince him to go with cloth!
It was more of something I brought up because they are cold.
Oh and our daycare won't do cloth.
