We are finally going to redo the office as our next project, so I get to go shopping!
I have been at my pre-pregnancy weight for a long time, but my hips and thighs never wanted to go back to their size. I broke down and tried on some pants that didn't fit last month, and they FIT!!!!! I don't have time to work out, so this has made me smile from ear to ear this week
And DS is this.close to sitting up on his own. He's a strong little booger. Maybe he will master it for my mothers day surprise!
That's fantastic! I tried on my "big" jeans last night and they went all the way up but I couldn't fasten them because of my hips. So my thighs have gone back to normal almost but this makes me hopeful that my hips will go back to normal eventually too!

DH and I are leaving for Vegas today after work with about 15 of our friends for a long weekend! I'm so excited!!
But, it's also the first time we leave DS and it makes me nervous and want to cry.
I'm in a glass case of emotions about this.
Our downstairs carpet is finally dry from the flood last week and I can move all the furniture back down there and get the rest of my house back!
My best friend from Cali is coming home tomorrow for a week visit. I cant wait to see her!

Mcvay is famous and I can say I knew her when. She lives right by my granparents. That makes me cool by association.
I can't think of a dang thing to AW about right now. I need my coffee...
We have up to 8 people coming to look at our rental this Saturday. I'm nervous about it, since the last 2 renters were people we "knew".
We are also taking Brendan to see Thomas at Greenfield Village so that should be fun.

Tarah, what made them decide to move back? That is really exciting. Are they going to be able to watch Dayne some days during the week for you?
Thanks Ladies! I'm very excited. They'll probably be living in the same area they were before - so about 20 minutes from us. I didn't really say anything on the boards but what finally made them decide to move back up was the fact that my grandmother (mom's mom) had a small stroke on Easter weekend.
She's fine, they caught it early and she was out of the hospital by Easter morning but that really made my mom decide they had to come back. She was able to transfer to the store up in Michigan and my dad is currently looking for a job up there.
I don't think they'll be watching Dayne during the week - they both need to work full time so it's not really possible. But now we have another set of baby sitters!
I did not know they both worked. How awesome that she is able to transfer up here. Hopefully your dad will find something quick! Did they sell their house here when they moved down south?
I know you have really been missing them. I am super excited for you. How great that they are coming back and Dayne will be able to grow up with them around!

My AW is that we are going out this weekend to buy the bushes/plants for landscaping, and I'm buying our flowers tomorrow - our yard is finally sort of coming together! We just need the grass seed to grow now, but that is going to take a few weeks.
Oh I LOVE doing this! Where are you going to buy the stuff?

Our AW is that we accepted an offer on our house!!! It's CRAZY! We were only on the market for a week. But we are cautious about it since we still have to pass inspection (not too worried about that) and make sure we can appraise for the amount of the mortgage (a littel worried about that). Plus, we haven't found a new house yet - we've barely started looking. Yikes!

We're doing Joshua's 1st b-day celebration w/the family Sat. so my in-laws & SIL are coming this weekend.
I get my hair done Sat. morning, I can't wait!
I got an early Mother's day gift yesterday, FTD Flowers from DH & the kids....
My coworkers suprised me with a baby shower at her house this week and even my boss was there!! It was so much fun
